Returning an order

1. 1Contact us within 30 days of delivery via the support page or email.
2. 2You receive a return label and instructions by email.
3. 3Ship the device in its original condition and packaging where possible.
4. 4Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Warranty

All refurbished devices include a 12-month warranty covering technical defects. Battery wear from normal use and accidental damage are not covered. Digital license keys are excluded from return once revealed, as permitted by EU consumer law.

Return costs

Returns within the Netherlands are free with our return label. For other countries, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
